  4. Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within a limited timeframe following payment confirmation, typically within 24 hours. After this period, production may have already begun, and the order may be ineligible for cancellation or full refund.

Refund Conditions

  1. Service-Related Issues: If West Documents is unable to deliver a document due to our internal limitations, we will issue a full refund of any payments made. Refunds in this category are provided within 7–10 business days.
  2. Order Dissatisfaction: For cases where customers are dissatisfied with the final product due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be granted at the discretion of our management team, depending on the nature of the complaint.
  3. Partial Refunds: In certain cases where partial services have been rendered, West Documents reserves the right to offer a partial refund that reflects the services not yet delivered.
  4. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds are not issued for the following:
